Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 June 2026
This policy explains how Orbiqon (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit orbiqon.com or get in touch. We are registered in the United Kingdom and act as the data controller for the information described below.
What we collect
Contact form. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, an optional budget range and the message you write. This is sent to us by email so we can reply.
Scheduling. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the details you enter (such as name, email and chosen time) to set up the meeting.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and collects usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser), with IP addresses anonymised.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as IP address and request time) to keep the site secure and reliable.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, schedule and prepare for calls, operate and secure the website, and understand and improve how the site performs. We do not sell your personal data.
Legal basis (UK GDPR)
We rely on your consent for analytics cookies, and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries you send us and in running a secure, well-functioning website. Where we are negotiating or performing a contract, that is our basis for related communications.
Service providers
We share data only with the processors that help us run the site: Google (analytics), Resend (contact-form email delivery), Calendly (call scheduling) and Vercel (hosting). Some of these process data outside the UK/EEA; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) apply.
Cookies
We use analytics cookies set by Google Analytics. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on. Essential cookies needed to serve the site may still be set.
Data retention
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your request and our ongoing relationship, then delete them. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at info@orbiqon.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
