Meet-Ting is an AI-powered scheduling platform that reads real email conversations, understands intent, and automatically books meetings without manual coordination.
Problem & Opportunity
Scheduling meetings through email is slow, fragmented, and highly manual. Founders, sales teams, and operators lose hours coordinating availability, following up on threads, and resolving time-zone conflicts. Traditional scheduling tools require links, forms, and context switching, which often breaks the natural flow of real conversations.
Meet-Ting was built to remove that friction entirely. Instead of forcing users to change behavior, the product works directly inside email threads. By reading ongoing conversations and understanding intent, Meet-Ting identifies when a meeting should be scheduled and handles the coordination automatically — without links, forms, or back-and-forth.

Meet-Ting uses AI to interpret real email conversations, extract scheduling intent, and act on behalf of the user. The system analyzes language, availability, time zones, and context across threads to suggest or confirm meetings in real time. Once approved, meetings are booked automatically, synced with calendars, and confirmed via email — keeping the entire flow natural and human.
From a product and engineering perspective, the focus was on reliability, clarity, and scalability. The platform was designed to handle edge cases such as reschedules, cancellations, overlapping threads, and ambiguous intent. Every interaction was built to feel invisible yet dependable, ensuring Meet-Ting could operate under real-world usage without disrupting existing workflows.
